If the set ringtone, notification or alarm doesn’t work or you don’t hear the sound in the applicatio, restart your phone and check it again.

If you want to remove reingtones do not uninstall the application, press the trash button or change the ringtone in your device settings. Here is a video instruction.

Please disable battery optimization for the application in the phone settings or add the application to unmonitored applications.
Some phones turn off background applications to extend battery life.

In order for the application to work properly in the background, it must have the permission to display notifications.

The application does not display any additional notifications.

Check the media volume level in your phone settings. If the sound is not muted, restart the phone.
